30-day return window. Shirts must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Standard returns
Print-on-demand means we can’t resell returned shirts, so please pick your size carefully. Return shipping is on you unless the shirt is defective.
How to return
Email hello@mediocresouvenir.co with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive the return, refunds process within 3–5 business days back to the original payment method.
Defects and misprints
If your shirt arrives with a defect — missing color, wrong size, misprint, wrong design entirely — email us with a photo and we’ll reprint or refund. No return required.
Sizing exchanges
Same 30-day window. Same email process. We’ll cover shipping one direction if the sizing chart was ambiguous; otherwise you’ll cover it.
What is not returnable
- Shirts that have been worn or washed
- Shirts purchased more than 30 days ago
- Anything customized outside of our standard catalogue
