Common questions, answered plainly. If yours isn’t here, email hello@mediocresouvenir.co.
What is Mediocre Souvenir Co?
A print-on-demand souvenir company that makes regional shirts for cities and provinces across North America. We make honest tourism merch for people who like the idea of a souvenir but don’t especially want the branding to try too hard.
Are these officially licensed by the city, state, or tourism board?
No. We are unaffiliated with any city, state, province, or tourism authority. If we were, the shirts would probably be less honest.
How long does shipping take?
Roughly 5–10 business days for US and Canadian orders. Each shirt is printed after you place your order, then it moves through the mail like everything else. If you need it faster, plan ahead — we can’t rush it.
What is the shirt made of?
Combed ring-spun cotton on Comfort Colors 1717 blanks, garment-dyed. Sturdy, soft, honest. Not luxury. Not disposable.
What is your return policy?
30 days for unworn, unwashed shirts. Print-on-demand means we can’t resell returns, so please pick the right size. Full details on the Returns page.
My region isn’t on the site. Are you going to add it?
Yes, probably. We’re working through cities and regions in batches. If yours is missing, we regret the inconvenience and will get to it in due time.
Can you make a shirt for a specific town or event?
We do not currently take custom orders. If enough people ask for a town, it moves up the queue.
Do you ship internationally?
US and Canada only, for now. We may add other regions later. Sorry about that.
How do sizes run?
True to size for Comfort Colors 1717. If you are between sizes, size up — these shirts hold their shape and don’t shrink much after the first wash.
The design has a small imperfection. Is that intentional?
Usually, yes. Our designs are printed to look worn-in. If something is genuinely wrong — missing color, misprint, wrong design — email us and we’ll fix it.
Do you have a wholesale program?
Not officially. If you run a store and want to carry our shirts, get in touch and we’ll figure something out.
Who’s behind Mediocre Souvenir Co?
Two people and a printer. That is roughly the full team.
